    The Director of Provider Operations is responsible for the overall management of the provider network from enrollment through ongoing relations, including training and communications.

    With a strong background in practice management, clinical proficiency, credentialing, provider contract management and regulatory compliance, the Director of Provider Operations will work closely with Teladoc Healths clinical leadership to support programs and help manage oversight committees.

    The Director will lead activities with other internal departments to provide optimal customer service to network providers and internal customers.

    Direct enrollment, credentialing network strategy
    Work closely with the quality, audit and compliance teams
    Works to ensure provider networks meet the needs of clients coverage areas
    Adapt to changing business needs and competing priorities
    Perform special projects as needed

    Solid knowledge of best practices and modern strategies for engaging healthcare providers
    ~10+ year of management experience overseeing large teams responsible for network operations
    ~ Understanding of changing healthcare in Canada (public and private systems)
    ~ Experience building and successfully maintaining client relationships
