    Description
    Our ClientIs a personal injury and accident law firm.

    ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury files from inception to resolution, including investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

    Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, trials, and settlement conferences.
    Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, and other stakeholders.
    Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies and provide legal advice and representation.
    Stay current with developments in personal injury law, regulations, and industry trends.
    RequirementsLL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law school.
    Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
    Preferably a call to the bar, or equivalent experience.
    Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
    A positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism.
