Marsh Canada is seeking a National Transportation Practice Leader to create and drive strategy and lead the team to achieve existing business and growth goals.

We will count on you to:
- Develop the account expansion strategy for the Transportation industry and direct market research, event coordination, and resource allocation accordingly.
- Control resources and ensure the most strategic account ownership strategy, personally taking on highrisk, highyield accounts and assigning accounts to advanced sales professionals as appropriate.
- Direct and oversee the execution of the marketing strategy for the industry and/or region to best and appropriately position the firm and the solution and product offerings in the market and to enable the desired growth.
- Determine objectives for and advise on the development of custom solutions for major accounts and ensure optimal pricing for account scope and yield expectations.
- Manage the human capital strategy, resource allocation, and talent acquisition to create a high performing team.
What you need to have:
- A strong track record of success in the Canadian Transportation market
- 15 + years experience in the Insurance Industry
- Experience working with, and managing, large, complex, national accounts
