Quintex Services Ltd. - Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
Quintex Services is looking for a versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This position will work closely with personnel at all levels of the organization and will be critical in the growth of Quintex.
The main role of this position is to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Quintex and its subsidiaries, QCC and IGC, both internally and externally.
This includes engaging with current and potential customers, managing social media, website optimization including Ad Words, overseeing all marketing materials, leading campaigns, Quintex event planning internally and externally, and more.
Some specific responsibilities of a Quintex Marketing Coordinator include:
Developing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and target audience to promote Quintex and QCC to a broader audience.
Managing social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by creating posts and analyzing data to increase awareness.
- Strengthening
Quintex and QCC websites by analyzing our website performance through Google Ads, organic traffic, creating blogs, etc. and implementing improvements.
Developing and update marketing materials (welcome package, renewal package, sales power points, leave behind forms, digital advertising, etc.) and maintain inventory levels of all marketing materials.
- Planning and promoting
Quintex events internally to help with team engagement. This includes but is not limited to assisting with monthly Q-Newsletter, promoting Q-Crew events and company events, customer appreciation events, and more. - Completing any
salesrelated, servicerelated, and marketing administrative projects assigned by CO-CEO. - Other duties as assigned.
Overall, the role of a Marketing Coordinator is to drive awareness and demand for Quintex Services, while also building and maintaining the brand's reputation and helping to increase staff engagement.

Minimum requirements
- An English, business, or marketingrelated degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in developing written content, including the proofing/editing stage as well as project management.
- SEO expertise
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, time management skills, and planning abilities.
- Thrives in a fast
- Is a motivated, enthusiastic high achiever.

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
