    Main Responsibilities:
    - Investigate roof leaks, conduct interior assessments, and locate sources of water ingress
    - Provide coaching for managing service jobs and overseeing crews
    - Supervise installation of various roofing systems
    - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    - Manage project timelines, budgets, and material requirements
    - Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and maintain job site standards
    - Identify and communicate changes in project scope
    - Monitor equipment usage and maintenance
    - Act as a key contact for field personnel, Project Managers, and Superintendents

    Qualifications:
    - Experience in leak repairs and detection
    - Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
    - Proficiency in various roofing systems like Modified Bitumen, Built Up Roof, and Single Ply
    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    - Strong communication and teamwork skills
    - Capability to train and guide apprentices and new employees
    - Comfort working at heights and adhering to safety policies
