- Understand and Document Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather business requirements. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions will meet requirements.
- Communications and Collaboration - This will include assisting other IT departments and other Shared Sevices with the surfacing of content (OPCO landing pages, HR sites, Finance Intranet, etc.). Implementing a content strategy and Comms request process (IT oriented).
- Agile solution delivery – Engage with fellow team members to provide Analysis, QA, and support on their builds. Ensure fellow team members are part of delivering and supporting your own builds.
- Portfolio Priority - Establish priorities and work on initiatives that are aligned with the IT PMO
- Low-code focus - Adhere to no-code, low-code approaches first. Enable speed of delivery while continuously improving.
- 2+ years in business process analysis, development, and improvements
- 2+ years in a consulting, training, marketing, and/or sales
- 2+ years in product management or project management
- Understand, capture, and articulate a customer's existing business process
- Experience with Dataverse, PowerAutomate, and MS Business Process FLOW
- Experience with Data Flows, Power Query and PowerBI
- Experience with PowerApps (Canvas/Model-Driven), or other low-code platforms (Outsystems, Appian, Betty Blocks, etc)
- Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Preferred
- Exploratory knowledge of Azure Services - Preferred
- Background in development, databases, UI/UX- Preferred
- Bi-Lingual (French/English)- Preferred

Scope of Position:
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Special Projects, the Cloud Productivity Specialist will work to understand existing business processes and strive to deliver continuous improvements by leveraging Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform, D365, Microsoft Azure, and other existing SaaS applications where applicable.
The Cloud Productivity Specialist will collaborate directly with other team members to Build, QA, Deploy and Support low-code applications and automation where applicable.
The ideal candidate understands how to start and drill down to the core business problem and then guides users to embrace new tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new technologies and pairs that with the patience required to walk users down a new path.
