Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a
Receptionist in our
Vancouver office.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Assist guests at the front desk.
  • Data entry.
  • Organize courier deliveries.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Complete accounting recoveries.
  • Arrange catering and tidy office and boardrooms.
  • Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking.
  • Daily maintenance of kitchen area: replenish supplies, dishwashers, general cleanliness
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:


What you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other office software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
