Mitchell Plastics Technical Centre

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Accounts Payable Associate, based out of our Technical Centre location in Kitchener.

The Role:

Prepare vendor and raw material invoices for payment
Ensure packing slips, purchase orders and receiving records match
Monitor purchase price variance account for any issues and follow up to resolve
Analyze issues to determine root cause and suggest solutions
Report unusual variances
Maintain vendor information
Has an Accounting Diploma or Degree
Has three or more years of Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
Will have expert excel skills and be skilled in standard office software
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
