Sentia is currently seeking a Senior Support Operations Network Specialist

In the team of Network Operations Center of Network Specialists, Support Services Technicians and Technical Specialists, Manager Support Services you will identify gaps in the customer requirements and execute on the recommendations made by Sentia.

You will provide resolution and implementation of technical support issues pertaining to specialization within the NOC. At times you will support the project services team on a needed basis.

You'll have the trust and responsibility of our team as our Network Operations Center will rely heavily on your build.

Problem resolution of technical support issues pertaining to specialization within NOC.
Providing implementation and planning skills to support NOC internal systems.
Support internal infrastructure systems and services.
Collaborate with architecture team on developing new offerings and implementing processes and systems to achieve these goals.
Project services implementation on an as needed basis.
Develop and maintain network configuration, documentation, industry best standards and practices
Support of Internal and External customer's network infrastructure
Maintain the Enterprise IT networking services (Firewall, Switches, Wireless, ZTNA, SASE, SSE, NAC, ADC).
Provide Tier 3 network support with limited supervision.
Develop and maintain network configuration, documentation, industry best standards and practices.
Perform problem resolution and assist in the development and documentation of department processes, technical standards, and interface applications.

Work closely with other IT disciplines peers to ensure the current network is scalable, flexible, and sustainable to provide enterprise services to the customer.

Fortinet Firewall and Switch Installation and Administration experience.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Technology-related field or equivalent experience
