Numerous opportunities for Certified Forklift Operators with 1 year of experience. These full-time opportunities are immediate starts within a large transportation company located in both Ottawa and Gatineau. Looking for hardworking, dedicated and reliable candidates.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Forklift Operator will be responsible for picking stock and moving various items throughout the facility using the forklift.What we offer:

Weekly pay

Pay Rate: 19 -23/hr. depending on experience

Immediate start

Shifts: days or nights

Benefit package after 300 hours

What you do:

Load and unload trucks

Organize freight for deliveries according to delivery schedule

Perform picking duties in an efficient manner

Move, stack and stage product using the Forklift

Inspect and ensure that the equipment is running properly

Ability to lift up to 60lbs

Build pallets when required

Other duties, as assigned

Who you are:

Minimum 1 years' experience driving a Forklift (Counter Balance and/or Raymond Reach) in Warehouse environment

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment

Work efficiently as a team player and be able to work under minimal supervision

Effective in communication

Problem solver with excellent organizational skills

Enjoy hard work and physical labor
