Summary

The Edmonton Elks Football Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Elks Game Operations Team for the 2024 season.

The Game Operations Team plays an integral role in the execution of the Football Club's game day operations, and events.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist with the setup and strike of pregame stadium events, including the Elks Fan Park (Tailgate, Fan Fest, Kids Zone & Concourse Activations), and Premium Ticketing and Hosting areas.
Assist the service team with hosting fans in premium seating areas.
Setup of signage, flags and pageantry as needed for Game Days & Events.
Aid in the setup of minor stadium events, such as corporate meetings, community initiatives & season seat holder events.
Support the execution of nongame day Elks signature events as needed, including Fan Day, Annual Dinner, Women's Dinner, etc.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

You are dedicated, hardworking, selfmotivated, and open to learning new skills through handson experience.
You can think on your feet, quickly adapting to changing priorities and directions.
Strong interest in working behind the scenes of major events.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, possibly holidays, in a variety of weather conditions.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience in event management is considered an asset, but not required.
Ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Comfortable operating a sidebyside utility vehicle.
A valid Criminal Record check is required for this position.
