Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Accomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and subcontractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders
Directly contribute to production by working alongside crew when necessary
Provide a direct link to the clients ensuring communications are handled in a professional manner while managing and maintaining client satisfaction
Review construction drawings and specifications, planning and preparation of execution, inspection, testing, and safe work plans, and preemptively address potential conflicts / problem areas
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing health and safety standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Managing subcontractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub

- contractors; monitoring and controlling performance

Communicate and work with the Project Manager and other personnel as required with respect to changes to methods, materials, budget, schedules, and procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of extensive experience in residential renovations and/or new home construction
Journeyman/woman carpentry ticket
Experience managing construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly
Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring a team
Ability to offer a high level of customer service
Valid driver's license and own transportation

Salary:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour
