The right applicant will be able to:

Lead the marketing team to ensure our team of project managers, designers, copywriters and funnel builders deliver projects on time.
Flawlessly executes digital marketing campaigns aligned to our digital strategy and marketing calendar.
Provide regular project overview reporting to the head of department on a daily/weekly basis as required.
Manages relationships with key external contractors (copy writers, email specialists, graphic designers, funnel builders, video production).
Manages overall direction, execution and investment of our marketing.
Budget management, forecasting and KPI control, ensuring effective measurement and insights are in place for all digital and partner marketing activities.
Increasing new customers in line with company targets

Our expectation would be that you become an expert on all aspects of our marketing process and ensure they are successfully implemented.

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role preferably in a digital role
Management experience- setting KPIs and managing team members by way of staff reviews
Experience undertaking market research, analysis and segmentation
Experience creating and managing marketing budgets
Have used the following systems (or similar) to create and deliver marketing projects: Click Funnels, Ontraport, Active Campaign, Trello, Slack
