The North American Sales Representative will be responsible for developing the sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business.

The ideal North American Sales Representative will use their strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which includes coordinating with other departments.

Base+commission pay structure


Responsibilities:


  • Familiar with the North American (Canada & USA) retail channels of snack foods.
  • Familiar with the sales rules and regulations of the snack food market in Canada and the USA.
  • Responsible for expanding the customer base in the North American market.
  • Conducts sales with both potential and existing customers.
  • Responsible to build and maintain the sales network.
  • Communicates with both potential and existing to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas.
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the food and snack industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in creativity, business skills and negotiation strategies.
  • Mandarin is highly preferable.

Salary:
$35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
