Consultant Integration - Dartmouth, Canada - ADP
Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and Coordinate project activities with client and ADP resources to achieve desired results
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary to achieve desired results.
- Lead and participate in configuration, testing, and support activities for Databridge by acting as a Technology Leader, Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager and/or Configuration Resource (as applicable)
- Maintain a thorough and up todate understanding of all ADP product offerings and related functional capabilities and processing workflows
- Provide product feedback and recommendations to product management based on client experience in integration projects
- Mentoring and Leadership skills
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Ability to communicate fluently (read, write, speak) in English.
- Minimum 23 years' experience in managing and/or consulting on technical solutions
- Knowledge of Workforce Now including Workforce Now screens, Workforce Now Demographic scenarios and Workforce Now imports
- Strong knowledge of Project Management techniques
- Advanced presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Very Strong analytical skills to interpret and develop functional and technical specifications on an individual basis and in collaboration with other departments
- Strong facilitation skills with ability to close issues by acting as a mediator and supporting negotiations leading to winwin resolutions.
- Strong Impact & Influence skills with ability to gain the respect of peers, to influence without authority, and to build strong positive relationships with project team members and colleagues.
- Detail oriented ability to drill down to the finest detail to ensure quality of solutions and code.
Education:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent education and experience
