    Here are the key areas you'll be involved in:

    - Exceed internal and external customer expectations by cultivating strong relationships and providing customer-centric solutions; lead by example, coach, and reinforce customer service standards daily for all staff
    - Implement pharmacy programs and product launches to enhance patient service standards, boost sales, manage labor, monitor margins, and control shrinkage
    - Act in the best interest of the patients to endorse and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team execution of company programs
    - Foster a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensure product availability and customer service standards, and develop and monitor business plans to meet KPIs
    - Actively participate in all aspects of Fusion to ensure seamless care for the patient/facility and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations
    - Serve as an advocate to uphold and instill company values, including advocating for all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive environment in the pharmacy
    - Oversee the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning processes
    - Cultivate and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive and motivating work environment that maintains a proper labor balance with each team member working to full potential
    - Ensure all regulatory requirements and Company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention) are implemented in the department; responsible for training staff and ensuring compliance

    What you bring to the table:

    - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
    - Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
    - Injection and First Aid Certification
    - Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
    - Kroll software experience is preferred


    The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $ $ We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are compensated fairly and competitively.
