As a member of the Plan Sponsor Services team, the
Coordinator, Plan Sponsor Risk Management will partner closely others on the team and other functional areas to coordinate the received work.

The successful incumbent is accountable for organizing the team calendar as well as setting internal expectations on responses.

As a Coordinator you will ensure the day -to
- day flow of work is captured in the tracker, SharePoint and is reported on. Your role will have a heavy focus on teamwork and organization, anticipating issues before they happen. Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer excellence experience by setting Sponsor Risk for success. Coordinate work so that it moves through the various stages accurately and within service standards.
  • Investigate better ways to do tasks and duties to help streamline processes.
  • Support leadership on reporting needs. This includes organizing and populating the tracker trackers and saving work in Share Point
  • In a supporting role assist with client facing contracts and responses
  • Promptly escalate any complex service issues or complaints for immediate attention and resolution.
  • Proactively prepare for upcoming meetings by planning and capturing required information and materials (e.g., meeting invites, sending preread).

What we are looking for

  • Have a background in Customer service, Customer Experience, Sales support, or related program
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Are flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Investigate problems without supervision
  • Learn quickly and are a selfstarter, who takes initiative and thrives in a fastpaced work environment
  • Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrate strong PC skills with experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; ability to learn new technologies quickly

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East is expected to be between $58,650.00 CAD - $97,750.00 CAD.
