    As a Tier 1 Firm in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Project Finance, Commercial Real Estate and Banking, our client is offering the opportunity to join a group of experts in their field and to grow your career among them.

    They have had the most lawyers ranked across combined Corporate/Commercial practice areas across Canada for the 8th consecutive year (Chambers Canada 2023).Our client is now in the market for an exceptional mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their national team of experts in their Calgary office.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial team and hone your skills in a broad range of real estate transactions.

    2 to 5 years call) years of post call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered.

    Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.

    Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projectsExperience with leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectorsExcellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work well on a variety of teamsExcellent organizational, project management and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
