- 4-8 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate and Financial Services experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in secured lending financing transactions. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered.
- Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.
- Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
- Experience with leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectors
- Client service orientated
- Qualified to practice law in Canada with above average academics
- Lock-step tier one base salary (our client compensates on par with the Toronto legal market)
