The Center of Expertise (CoE) - Recruitment, is working on transformational change initiatives across Manitoba's provincial health care system.

In this newly created position, you would be joining the Provincial Recruitment & Strategy team which plays a key role in the delivery of recruitment services support to Shared Health and to the Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs).

This role will liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create, manage and implement provincial recruitment projects, programs and initiatives such as:

  • Research and manage the implementation of innovation in how talent is assessed within the province
  • Conduct and recommend full cycle improvements to our recruiting systems and processes including maximizing SAP SuccessFactors
  • Research and develop national/international recruitment campaigns
  • Create and work with recruitment team on enhanced targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain a strong network, understands the competitive landscape and adapts approach to differentiate the organization in the marketplace
  • Create campus and professional hire recruitment strategies and campaigns to position Shared Health and Manitoba as an employer of choice

Experience

  • 3 years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Postsecondary degree human resources or equivalent from an accredited education institution
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


Certification/Licensure/Registration

  • Must have a valid Manitoba driver's license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province
  • Certifications in project management, human resources, change management are assets
  • Current passport and ability to travel nationally and internationally

Qualifications And Skills

  • Display professionalism, diplomacy, and a continuous improvement orientation to collaborate with clients and coworkers to provide excellent customer service
  • A strong sense of emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective partnerships and work as part of a supportive team
  • Experience in project management, program development, introduction of new systems and change management strategies
  • Demonstrated Intermediate Excel skills (data validation, pivot table creation, chart and graph creation and formula functions)
