- Provide Systems Engineering support to the Global Final Line Assembly
- Offer integrated engineering solutions to tackle design or manufacturing issues affecting final line production
- Conduct technical engineering analysis of current systems and structural designs to suggest enhancements through RFC/PCR
- Give technical engineering guidance to support areas like Quality, Methods, and Production
- Review functional test requirements and ensure these are transformed into solid functional tests
- Collaborate with the product development team to aid in technical proposal tasks, including creating written content and presentations. Recommend and assess design modifications
- Cultivate strong relationships with various departments within BA and all suppliers
- Holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and is eligible for Professional Engineer registration. AME license is a bonus
- Has experience in providing engineering support in a Final Line/Production setting
- Brings 8-15 years of experience in aircraft Systems Engineering (Hydromechanical, Avionics, Electrical, Propulsion, and Pneumatics)
- Demonstrates familiarity with design, qualification, and certification test requirements
- Is open to travel when required
- Is well-versed in Part 25 certification requirements and advisory material
- Possesses strong integration skills, both in system partner management and system technical integration
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and Catia V5
- Has excellent communication skills and can thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
