    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offering engineering governance support and expertise on change management for Aerostructures Design and Engineering Operations Support in Toronto and Red Oak.
    • Leading the performance management system, creating and assessing new KPIs, and maintaining the balanced scorecard for Operations Engineering.
    • Developing an engineering governance plan and process roadmap, overseeing financial aspects, and coordinating special engineering projects.
    • Driving continuous improvement and masterplan initiatives within the Operations Engineering Team.
    • Designing a capacity planning model for enhanced deliverables and milestone tracking.
    • Assisting Global Final Line Assembly by managing technical engineering tasks and expediting production line issue resolutions.
    • Collaborating with the Product development project team on Change Management activities.
    • Supporting lineside engineering change management.
    • Cultivating strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Engineering Degree with over 10 years of relevant experience; PMP certification is a plus.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, along with senior-level project experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI, and SQL is advantageous.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
    • Background in providing engineering support in a manufacturing setting.
    • Experience in project management, capacity planning, and change management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
    • Logical and adaptable mindset, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
    • Availability for occasional after-hours work.
