    Description

    Position Summary

    The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including staff training, light administration, and active floor management during service.

    What will you be doing?

    • Regularly monitor and ensure service standards are met
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and management
    • Create a culture focused on exceptional guest experience and enjoyment of high-quality food and drinks
    • Support staff and provide coaching and feedback for positive morale
    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and communicate performance management
    • Demonstrate personal integrity and promote the resort, restaurants, events, and activities
    • Communicate vision and promotions to all team members
    • Provide administrative support
    • Resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints
    • Assist with sales tracking, invoicing, and inventory management
    • Improve staff productivity and revenue through reservation management
    • Perform additional assigned duties

    What are we looking for?

    • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
    • Business or Hospitality diploma/degree preferred
    • Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable a plus
    • WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate an advantage
    • Strong communication skills
    • Extreme organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Serving It Right certification
    • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
