About the Role

À Workday, les directeurs et les directrices de comptes spécialisés sont des acteurs clés au sein de notre organisation de ventes externes. Leur approche axée sur les nouveaux revenus nets leur permet d'être le moteur de croissance de la clientèle de Workday pour les produits Workday spécialisés (par ex., Adaptive Planning, Scout, et Peakon, actuellement). Cette équipe exceptionnelle de professionnels chevronnés joue un rôle essentiel en guidant les nouveaux clients sur un parcours où ils abandonnent les plateformes traditionnelles et leurs restrictions pour passer à une nouvelle catégorie d'applications de gestion d'entreprise infonuagiques. Dans ce rôle, vous assumerez les fonctions suivantes :

Développer et diriger la stratégie globale à court terme pour le compte, conformément aux objectifs du client, et établir et maintenir des relations à long terme

Responsable d'établir et de maintenir des liens avec les clients et les partenaires intermédiaires en misant sur la gestion des contrats et en veillant à associer les besoins des clients à des solutions Workday de produits spécialisés

Collaborer avec les directeurs et directrices de comptes de nouveaux revenus nets pour déterminer les ventes potentielles de solutions Workday à des clients existants qui utilisent des produits spécialisés

Maintenir des données prévisionnelles précises et actualisées sur les clients, les clients potentiels et les services

About You

Plus de 8 ans d'expérience au sein d'une équipe de ventes externes responsable de vendre à des cadres supérieurs des solutions SaaS ou ERP infonuagiques de gestion des ressources humaines, de gestion financière, de planification ou d'analyse

Expérience en négociation de contrats auprès de différents membres de la haute direction afin de conclure des ventes

Expérience dans l'utilisation d'une approche programmatique pour générer et développer des listes de clients potentiels dans son territoire

Autres qualifications

Compréhension de l'environnement concurrentiel stratégique du secteur d'activité en restant au fait des tendances et des besoins des clients, afin de positionner efficacement les solutions Workday dans les comptes

Expérience dans l'établissement de partenariats avec les membres des équipes internes afin de mettre à profit des stratégies de comptes

Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et écrite
