- 37 hours full-time /or 20 hours part-time
- Monday-Friday Full-time and/or Tuesday and Friday Part-time
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Receptionist is required
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Experience with Dentrix will be preferred
- Engaging personality and making patients feel welcomed at our clinic
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
