Position Requirements:

- be called to the Ontario, Quebec, Alberta or British Columbia bar
- have at least 5 years of technology and related commercial experience
- have meaningful privacy and data protection related experience
- have a keen interest in working closely with emerging and high growth companies within Canada's vibrant technology sector
- have proven project-management capability and expertise, as well as hands-on experience leading and managing projects of various sizes
- have proficiency using and implementing technology and leading change in the legal profession, including experience with business process improvement
- previous experience working in-house considered an asset
- have proven experience managing people
