    Summary:
    The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in maximizing sales, creating a positive environment, and ensuring customers receive excellent service while following brand standards. Responsibilities also include managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
    As an Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities include:
    OPERATIONS
    • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
    • Provide exceptional customer service and shopping experiences
    • Work with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals
    • Drive sales through leadership and coaching
    • Assist in merchandising and visual presentation
    • Receive and process products efficiently
    • Maintain product replenishment on the sales floor
    • Implement loss prevention policies
    • Ensure a clean and safe store environment
    • Comply with company policies
    • Contribute to store success
    HUMAN RESOURCES
    • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising team members
    • Support onboarding and training of new team members
    • Employee performance management
    • Model company values and leadership behaviors
    Experience and Skills:
    • 2+ years' retail management experience
    • Team leader with dedication to customer service
    • Interest in progressing to a Store Manager role
    • Experience meeting/exceeding KPIs
    • Strong leadership and customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Visual merchandising abilities
    • Computer literacy
    • Effective communication skills
    Physical demands:
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
    • Move and replace fixtures in the store
    • Use ladders frequently
    • Stand for long periods
    Availability Requirements
    • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Up to 40 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts
