What You'll Do:
You'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide vital financial assistance to businesses in need. Your passion for sales will be the driving force behind securing new partnerships and opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Average of 250 calls per day to reach sales targets
- Respond to inbound leads promptly, providing information about our business loan products and benefits
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, identifying their financing needs, and positioning our loan solutions as valuable options
- Utilize persuasive sales tactics to overcome objections and close deals effectively
- Maintain a deep understanding of our loan products, rates, and lending criteria to effectively address client inquiries and objections
- Follow up on inquiries and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure all necessary documentation and information is provided for loan processing
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in lending regulations

- Qualifications:_
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable using aggressive sales tactics while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Resultsoriented and selfmotivated, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in auto loans sales is a plus
