We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Manager who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


This is a full-time office-based position, and you must be available to work between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads at all times that ensures achievement of established revenue targets.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Provide goals, advice, or instructions to direct reports along with appraisals and evaluations to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts through CRM.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Research and understand customer history and previous experiences, in order to create more personalized customer experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of new product/service offerings and emerging technology supporting meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Deliver sales and product training as required.

Requirements and Skills

  • 6 years'+ experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales management.
  • Experience in the payments industry or software/SaaS sales experience in the merchant sector.
  • Experience with POS software.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motive a team and drive results.
  • Excellent judgment and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ZOHO or similar CRM's.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
