Responsibilities:

Responsible for auditing & processing inbound containers.
Daily and weekly reports
Communication with 3PL operations and customs team.
Appointment booking for direct delivery customers
Following up with vendors & other departments as required to obtain missing information or verify accuracy of information.
Updating customs clearance in system
Monthly reconciliation of accounts with vendors to ensure accounts are current.
Issue claim documentation & supporting documents to vendors

Requirements:

13 years' experience in logistics, supply chain
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
Experience in a 3rd party logistics environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be a resourceful selfstarter.
Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Works well under pressure
