The Role: Neo is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Security Analyst specializing in Standards and Compliance to join our team. This role involves assessing, implementing, and maintaining compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures aligned with security standards.
Implement and manage security frameworks and controls.
Collaborate with teams to address compliance issues.
Provide guidance to ensure security measures meet industry standards.
Document compliance activities and recommendations.
Support in responding to security inquiries and audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar security analyst role.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.
