    beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Calgary, AB.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Monitor and review compliance activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
