  • Plan, organize, and direct operations related to changing meal cycles for each airline.
  • Determine the type of services to offer based on client needs.
  • Manage claims: reporting, analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
  • Strictly ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Organize and lead presentations for regional commercial operations.
  • Welcome and advise clients, propose new menus.
  • Respond to general information requests with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Actively lead in strengthening relationships with business clients.
  • Process accounting information and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Planification, organisation et direction des opérations relatives au changement des cycles de repas pour chaque compagnie aérienne.
  • Détermination du type de services à offrir selon les besoins des clients.
  • Gestion des réclamations : reporting, analyse, actions correctives et suivi.
  • Veiller strictement au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Organisation et animation de présentations pour les opérations commerciales régionales.
  • Accueil et conseils des clients, proposition de nouveaux menus.
  • Réponse aux demandes d'informations générales avec précision et professionnalisme.
  • Leadership actif dans la consolidation des relations avec les clients d'affaires.
  • Traitement des informations comptables et négociation des conditions commerciales.

    • Perfil

  • Certificate in Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Excellent customer service sense, analytical capabilities, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and provide leadership
