    Overview:

    Sweat Pants Agency, renowned for driving exceptional growth and being the force behind multiple INC #1 Fastest-Growing Companies, is seeking a dynamic Jr. Digital Marketing Strategist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's best marketers, contributing to groundbreaking campaigns for a range of high-profile clients. With newer services in the business, such as some of our creative services, there is a lot of white space for the right individual.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in client reporting and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform media buying strategies.
    • Set up and manage reports, with a preference for candidates experienced in Looker & Supermetrics.
    • Collaborate with the senior media buying team in managing and optimizing our creative processes.
    • Engage in extensive market research, including analyzing customer reviews, surveys, and competitor strategies.
    • Participate in scripting content, coordinating with actors, and liaising with video editors.
    • Generate innovative ideas for static advertisements.
    • Actively contribute to campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
    • Manage special marketing

    Qualifications

    • Passion for marketing with an ambition to become a top-tier marketer.
    • Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles.
    • Experience in e-commerce marketing and familiarity with Meta Ads is advantageous.
    • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
