    Description

    Fath Industries and O'Hanlon Paving, proud members of The Fath Group, have been key players in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We are looking for Experienced Finish Skidsteer Operators to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in various locations throughout Edmonton. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.

    Responsibilities:

    · Safe operation of equipment such as skid steers and other base equipment

    · Work with minimal supervision

    · Perform daily safety and maintenance checks

    · Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 2 years of experience in operation of skid steers and related equipment

    · Thorough knowledge of the safe operation of the equipment and municipal road building industry

    · Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time

    · Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license or above with a clean drivers abstract

    · High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

    · Ability to work in varying weather conditions

    · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    · Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends

    · Valid safety certifications

    Additional Information:

    · This is a seasonal position and starts in spring of every year

    · This position is eligible for over-time

    · Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required

    · Training will be provided for various activities

    · We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off season)

    · Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season
