Description
Position Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to work on world class enterprise solution across a number of highly agile cross-functional and global teams in a fast paced and dynamically changing competitive landscape.
- Provide a bestinclass user experience for the Samsung Knox web portal, delivering the right messaging and a brandenhancing experience to our enterprise customers
- Closely collaborate with the product strategy and marketing team to ensure the best positioning of each product throughout the customer journey to maximize cross and upsell
- Create a content architecture and plan designed to provide the right information to the right people at the right time
- Set clear goals and strategy, including how the website should evolve to meet customer information needs
- Actively review and refine the online experience of customers, ensuring that site content, organization, and user experience are designed with a customerfirst mindset
- Closely collaborate with data analytics, UX design and research, engineering, QA, operations and business teams to ensure the product vision and roadmap gets executed
- Define and articulate business requirements including the rationale behind feature changes in order to drive product clarity
- Balance shifting priorities, limited resources, and dependencies; change direction quickly where necessary
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on website and user metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Identify improvement opportunities in the product management process that best maximize efficiency and continuously evaluate innovation for the product, including market and competitive research
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $80,000 to $120,000 and reflects base salary only.
Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
