    Lycopodium is growing locally and globally as a result of a growing pipeline of awarded projects. To support our growth and the delivery of a significant base metals project in particular, we're recruiting for an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join our growing team in Mississauga, ON. We are looking for game-changing professionals who are leaders in their field and looking to make their mark in a varied and challenging role.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Driving feasibility studies and detailed design including: metallurgical test work design and execution, flowsheet development, operating cost development, PIDs, study write-ups, supervision of process engineers, and process plant commissioning.

    Requirements

    • Education: Relevant tertiary education qualifications.
    • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of combined operations/commissioning and engineering design experience.
    • Credentials: Demonstrated credentials in process engineering for studies and detailed design.
    • Skills: Excellent written, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service to clients within budget and time constraints.
    • Preferred Experience: Experience in the following commodities preferred: gold, base metals, iron ore, and lithium.
