- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and seeking feedback.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, with a focus on SFMC integration.
- Manage project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues to ensure successful product delivery.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing criteria within SFMC and ensure the delivery of highquality CRM products.
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project or product management, with a focus on CRM solutions and SFMC expertise.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, technologies, and best practices, particularly within SFMC.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
