The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Review and revise documentation to maintain high quality standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and reliability of the information provided.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or a related technical field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality documentation.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve support issues and enhance user understanding.
Team collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including software developers and nontechnical users.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

This position reports to the ERP Analyst
This is a fulltime position scheduled from Monday to Friday, may be needed outside regular business hours when required
This position is located at our head office in Guelph, Ontario, can be a hybrid working arrangement
