    We are looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Vice President, Marketing, located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Marketing with a primary focus to lead a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy to generate investor interest in the Skyline Funds. Also functioning as part of the senior management team, this position will lead the development, management, and implementation of the overall marketing strategy, roadmap, and initiatives across all Funds, Operating Companies, and Divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategy effectively and efficiently for our aggressive growth goals while focusing on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Funds to a range of client segments, from Institutional to Retail.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our wealth management offerings.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    What we look for:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including financial products, regulatory requirements, and client segmentation.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
    • Experience in leading marketing programs across the full marketing spectrum (digital, thought leadership, events, branding, PR, CASL).
