Responsibilities

Provide support for the Engagement Consultants by performing onboarding activities on larger opportunities through seamless communication with all functional areas of the business to ensure a properly executed solution.
Responsible for the detailed documentation of actions performed and management of issue log to ensure prompt and complete resolution.
Leverage their skillset and network in reengineering transportation solutions to support retention initiatives on customers deemed at risk or with opportunities to increase financial margin.
Train other functional team members on duties relating to onboarding activities and/or training on organization platforms
Engage all necessary internal and external client stakeholders to facilitate quality conversations that bring explicit and implicit logistics needs.
Coordinate with all potential resources required to deliver set expectations (quality, timeliness, efficiency). This can be at all levels of the organization, ranging from operators to functional leads to decisionmakers.
Support sales cycle through coordination of crossfunctional requirements gathering with the customer with a heightened focus on identifying nonstandard requirements.
Work with internal stakeholders to validate capability and/or negotiate alternate solutions to meet logístical requirements by ensuring that all costs are accounted for to allow for adequate pricing.
Support sales in delivering the comprehensive solution package back to the customer and efficiency are ensured by following and educating all stakeholders on solutions design best practices & established rules of engagement.
Support onboarding of new business by coordinating the execution of key activities of the implementation plan in partnership with all required stakeholders
Perform admin and special projects (can include but are not limited to): Documentation of projects, selfdevelopment, Continuous improvement projects, crossfunctional training, retention initiatives, sales campaigns, etc.
Qualifications
A basic to intermediate understanding of processes and constraints related to the three logistics flows (Physical, Data, and financial) is required.
Over 2 years and including 3 years (often progressive experience)
A background in customer service will also provide adequate knowhow towards providing customers with the best possible experience, despite potential service limitations and/or onboarding hiccups.
Industry knowledge is also required for example Warehouse and distribution environments, product fulfillment workflows, transportation industry, material handling systems, order processing, distribution, customer service, Shipping systems, Accounts receivables & account payables.
Intermediatelevel proficiency in project management
Basic negotiation skills and time management skills are crucial.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Appropriate communication skills allow for clear communication of expectations.
Proficiency in the modern use of software for performing daily activities with an adequate level of productivity MS (Office, SFDC, SAP, ESS, ESO, Skype, WebEx)
Ability to simultaneously drive multiple projects of varying complexity
