    Manager Revenue Assurance

    What you'll be doing:

    • Lead the identification, development, and implementation of new RA controls, processes, and capabilities in the East regions

    • Identify, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that will enhance customer experience and reduce revenue risk

    • Support the development of the RA strategic roadmap, enabling the next generation of RA through innovation and modernization

    • Accountable for control coverage and operational support, including monitoring and continuously improving existing controls and processes in the East regions

    • Drive end-to-end issue resolution to reduce revenue leakage and ensure positive customer experience


    What you bring:

    • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Revenue Assurance or related roles

    • Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field

    • Technical Aptitude including advanced knowledge of database queries, Excel/VBA, Python, Business Objects, and more

    • Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels

    Requirements:

    • 7-10 years of relevant experience

    • Post-secondary degree in related field

    • Technical Aptitude: Advanced knowledge of database queries, Excel/VBA, Python, SAS, and more

    • Leadership and communication skills

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
