    Accounting & Finance Rotational Associate

    Embark on a dynamic journey across various business units and functions, where you'll dive into the exciting realms of financial planning, shared services, and plant accounting with exposure to treasury, tax, internal audit, and financial reporting.

    As a program associate, you'll tackle a mix of routine tasks and high-impact special projects, tailored to each department's unique needs.

    Throughout this 3-year rotation, you won't be alone Count on senior leaders and peer mentors to guide you and immerse yourself in extensive training preparing you for future roles within the organization.

    Maintain, review, and control accruals. Perform financial statement variance analysis versus prior periods and budget.

    Data Maverick:

    Dive into financial systems, extracting valuable insights and unraveling the stories within cost centers, functions, business units and groups.

    Work closely with branch management to review/discuss financial statement results and evaluate outcomes against key performance indicators.
    Craft compelling narratives explaining variances in financial performance, building persuasive business cases for cutting-edge investment projects.

    Budgeting Guru:

    Play a pivotal role in developing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, managing inputs, and presenting data in a way that resonates with modern leaders.

    Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, elevating service levels, and revolutionizing operating costs.

    Professional Growth Advocate:
    Engage in networking events, leadership training, and a tailored professional development curriculum designed to nurture your success.
    You have graduated from a recognized or legally authorized university with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
    3 years in an accounting role, preference given to those with public firm experience
    ~ Experience working for a multi-national accounting firms
    ~ Experience with budgeting, financial modeling, scenario planning and reporting.
    ~ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is an asset

    The Financial Analyst is responsible for detailed financial analysis, and managing accounts payable/receivable.

    The Financial Analyst utilizes expertise in financial modeling to optimize cash flow, ensure compliance, and provide insights for organizational success.

    The Controller,Missouri Metals, will be a hands-on leader with strong business acumen reporting directly to the Vice-President and General Manager, Missouri Metals with a dotted line to the Vice-President Finance, Manufacturing Division.

    As a key member of management, this position will lead and support the finance and administration team, provide financial governance, and be responsible for its financial reporting, analytics and forecast activities.

    In particular, the position will be responsible for developing monitoring tools, scorecards, analysis and insights that support financial, commercial and operational decision making.

    The position will ensure there is analysis and reporting to measure performance, assess risks and opportunities, and conduct commercial and operational reviews for continued improvement in efficiencies and profitability.

    The Controller will be a hands-on leader with strong business acumen reporting directly to the SESG Director of Finance, with a dotted line to the Director of Operations, CAID Division.

    As a key member of CAID's management team, this position will lead the finance team, provide financial stewardship, and be responsible for its financial reporting, analytics, and partner with sales and operations teams to drive financial results for a multi-site manufacturing business in the US and Mexico.

    In particular, the position will be responsible for developing/utilizing monitoring tools, scorecards, analysis and insights that support financial, commercial and operational decision making.

    The position will ensure there is analysis and reporting to measure performance, assess risks and opportunities, and conduct commercial and operational reviews for continued improvement in efficiencies.

    Ensure Company Safety Polices are followed at site. Manage site to ensure site, division, and corporate objectives aligned and met.
