Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new client leads, including corporate clients, sponsors, and partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Event Planning and Execution:
Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of client events.
Participate in the planning and coordination of events to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Provide feedback and insights to improve event offerings and services.

Networking and Industry Engagement:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company.
Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner to build brand awareness and credibility.
Stay updated on industry developments and leverage new trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the events and entertainment industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
