- Supervising/Installation of Projects from drawings and scope through to completion, including O&M documents.
- Ensuring delivery of quoted work & projects on time and on budget.
- Installation of New HVAC & Refrigeration equipment (split units, VRF/VRV, AHU's and Chillers)
- Fault diagnosis
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participation in a variety of projects (installation, sheet metal work)
- We require at least 5 years of relevant experience as an HVAC Engineer, Project Manager or HVAC Estimator
- Solid practical understanding of safety and how to maintain a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of the Service Industry
- Mechanical Engineering background
- Solid Estimating experience in the commercial HVAC in the service industry/business
- Strong Project Management and contract management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in computer-based estimating and project planning techniques.
- MS Office Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills

The Role:
We want your proven experience in Estimating, Project Management, and electrical - service industry experience and knowledge. The role will be accountable for planning and delivering technical services for our clients, ensuring all projects are delivered on target with H&S prioritised, meeting timelines, budget and exceeds client expectations. You'll need to be a switched on Engineer. Our Culture is important to us, you must you be a team player that is able to build rapport across all teams within the business.
