    Shift Shifts will vary based on program offerings, enrollments and availability.

    Youth programs typically run Monday through Friday and may be full or half day programs between 8 am and 5 pm.

    Applicants need to be available from March 4 to March 18, 2024, for Spring Programs and June 24 to September 14, 2024, for Summer Programs.

    Full-time, Part-time and On-call positions are available during these periods.

    Youth programs will be held at the New Westminster and Coquitlam campuses and several satellite locations such as Queens Park and Queensborough.

    Shifts may be half or full days. Work hours will depend on availability but will occur between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.

    The Sports Institute is seeking applications for Spring and Summer Programs for the period from March 4 to March 18, 2024 and June 24 to September 14, 2024.

    The Youth Program Leader is to provide leadership, program delivery and support the operational functions of the Sport Institute youth programs, activities and events.


    Collaborates with the Youth Program Coordinator to:

    • Support the organizing, coordinating and delivery of programs, activities and events;
    • Conduct operational and administrative responsibilities as directed,
    • Develop and implement camp lesson plans
    • Support program, activity, and event set up/take down;
    • Adhere and uphold to College policies, procedures and department processes;
    • Report incidents and accidents through established policies, procedures and processes in consultation with the Manager, Athletics and Recreation Operations and Director, Athletics and Recreation.
    Experience with youth programming is an asset;


    • CPR and First Aid training ( AED training is an asset);
