    Description

    Are you an experienced CG Storyboard Artist looking for a new adventure? Our Vancouver studio is in search of a talented individual. Atomic Cartoons Inc. is a renowned animation studio with locations in Vancouver, Ottawa, and Los Angeles. For over two decades, Atomic Cartoons has been crafting captivating 2D and CG animations, including popular titles like Princess Power and Last Kids on Earth. Known for its supportive environment, Atomic offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of their team.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Collaborate with the Director and Storyboard Supervisor to visually narrate the story and plan shots efficiently.
    • Maintain the style, quality, and consistency of illustrations.
    • Work effectively both within a team and independently with minimal oversight.
    • Adhere to guidance from supervisors and meet assigned deadlines promptly.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • At least 3 years of experience as a CG Storyboard Artist in the animation industry.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in drawing and composition.
    • Ability to work diligently within timelines without compromising quality.
    • Experience in animated preschool series is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Storyboard Pro is a plus.
    • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

    START DATE:
    April/May 2024

    • Applicants must have lived in BC by December 31, 2023, and furnish relevant documents.
    • Remote work within BC is an option for employees, with Vancouver and Lower Mainland artists having hybrid and in-studio choices.
