Full-time position | hours of operation Mon - Fri 8:30am to 4:00 pm.

We are looking to fill a Warehouse Supervisor role. Do you have strong leadership skills in an ever-changing environment? Are you looking for a challenging career with an innovative organization? Essential Functions:


  • Oversee all aspects of shipping, ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing goods are complete.
  • Coordinate all unloading and loading of all products.
  • Ensure all products are verified inspected against purchase orders, and ensure all discrepancies have been reported.
  • Ensure the team you are supervising is on track to meet goals
  • Conduct daily warehouse tours for safety, production and deliveries.
  • Participate in daily meetings with warehouse team.
  • Analyze reports and make adjustments to always maintain efficient production and deliveries.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing (shipping)
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Proven experience in training and motivating staff to ensure all employees are meeting expectations.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP Software and SAP/Produmex.
  • Exceptional problem solver with an excellent attention to detail.

Experience:


  • Supervisor: 1 year (preferred).
  • Warehouse: 3 years (preferred).
