Advisor, System and Infrastructure Operations - Canada - Desjardins
Description
Diagnose development teams' issues, challenges and needs on medium- to high-complexity correction requests, IT services and the rollout and post-rollout phases to determine target outcomes. Develop and implement objectives, processes, methods, development tools, solutions and action plans
- Coordinate the delivery of IT solutions
- Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.
What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of four years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required- Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor with pay.
