    Description du poste

    Dans le cadre de nos activités aéronautiques, nous recherchons un Ingénieur stress .

    Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Soutenir les activités de réparation en service sous contrainte.
  • Effectuer diverses analyses de contraintes sur les réparations : résistance statique, fatigue/durabilité, tolérance aux dommages et modèle par éléments finis (FEM) sur les programmes d'avions multiplateformes (Challenger et Global).
  • Préparer des rapports de contraintes, de résistance statique ainsi que des analyses de tolérance aux dommages à des fins de conformité.
  • Appliquer des calculs de contraintes pour évaluer les solutions de conception et les études de réparation.
  • Examiner les dessins techniques de réparation et participer activement au développement de solutions en service.
  • Fournir une visibilité claire à la direction sur l'état et/ou les problèmes émergents des activités de réparation prises en charge.

    • As part of our aeronautical activities, we are looking for a Stress Engineer .

    Your duties will be as follows:

  • Support stress in-service repair activities.
  • Perform various stress analyses on repairs: Static strength Fatigue/Durability, damage Tolerance, and Finite element Model (FEM) on multi-platform aircraft programs (Challenger and Global).
  • Prepare stress reports, static strength as well as damage tolerance analysis for compliance purposes.
  • Carry out stress calculations to assess design solutions and repair trade studies.
  • Review repair engineering drawings and participate actively in the development of in-Service solutions.
  • Provide clear visibility to management of the status and/or emerging issues to the supported repair activities.

    • Qualifications

    Titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise en génie mécanique/aérospatial , vous justifiez de 8 années d'expériences pertinente dans l'industrie aérospatiale.

    Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'analyse de justification structurelle d'aéronefs : statique, fatigue/durabilité, ainsi qu'une excellente connaissance et expérience de l'analyse de tolérance aux dommages structurels.

    La maitrise des logiciels Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, CATIA V5 est nécessaire.

    Vous êtes une personne confiante, compétente et énergique, dotée d'excellentes compétences en communication et en écoute, capable de travailler en équipe.

    Vous devez également être une personne faisant preuve d'initiative, un sens aigu des responsabilités et un bon jugement en ingénierie.

    With a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering , you have 8 years' relevant experience in the aerospace industry.

    You have experience in aircraft structural justification analysis: statics, fatigue/durability, as well as excellent knowledge and experience of structural damage tolerance analysis.

    Mastery of Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, CATIA V5 software is required.

    You will be a confident, competent and energetic individual with excellent communication and listening skills, able to work as part of a team.

    You should also be a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and good engineering judgement.
